Bio

Susan McKay, MC, CCC
As Career Counsellor at the University of Regina, retirement pending, Susan provides a broad range of career services in the areas of Career Exploration and Counselling, and Student Employment Services. Susan facilitates students in all programs and alumni with making informed decisions about their educational/career direction and pursuit of meaningful employment. Her work involves individual career counselling, group programming and presentations, and resource development. Susan has a Master of Counselling and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor. She has
certifications in career assessment (Strong, MBTI, TOWES) and completed related training in employment counselling, skills for success and advanced resume writing. Susan is a member of Career Professionals of Canada and served on the Board of the Saskatchewan Career Development Association. She supports provincial and national initiatives to develop the community of career practitioners.
