Bio

Catherine Hajnal, PhD, is an educator with over 25 years of experience creating learning environments that foster a deeper understanding of the human condition.  With a specialization in the losses inherent in life’s many transitions, Catherine facilitates exploration of the process of grieving and its transformative potential. She completed her doctoral work in Human Factors Engineering at the University of Wisconsin exploring the intersection of occupational safety, health and well-being, and the design of work.  (from Douglas college website)
